Our unique process is much different, they drench your carpets in soap water and do their best to suck it out, but sometimes this doesn't work. You don't want to be left with soggy carpets and not being able to walk on them.  While there process does temporarily clean your carpets, it also leaves behind a layer of sticky residue which collects dirt quicker, in addition to leaving moisture at the base of your carpet. This excess of moisture causes the carpets to take longer to dry and allows for mold and bacteria to grow.
